Pavillion Reservations All pavilions and amphitheater can be used on a first-come, first-serve basis, but a reservation is recommended for parties. Pavilions can only be reserved by City of Rockwall residents. Reservations can be made up to 180 days in advance and can be made and paid for online or in person at The Center, 108 E.
